SUMMARY OF ENACTED BREASTFEEDING LEGISLATIONMASSACHUSETTSThe only legislation in Massachusetts regarding breastfeeding pertains to maternity patients’ right to know the annual percentage of women breast-feeding upon discharge from their admitting hospitals.
