Adelina García, an LLL Leader who lives in Spain writes:

"Last year (2003), La Leche League of Euskadi, Spain organized the First International Graphic Art “Humor and Breastfeeding” Contest. Our desire was to stimulate the portrayal of breastfeeding as a humorous experience. We hoped to capture the humor from a mother's perspective (with all that this activity entails in the 21st Century) as well as from the baby's perspective who finds all his needs for nourishment, warmth and love met at her breast..."
